I haven't watch television in awhile so i decided to turn on the tube last Saturday and check out what was on. I flipped through all the channels and couldn't find anything on. Even Cartoonnet work was showing crap. So i was just wondering thoughts out there.

Those shows defining themselves as "reality" hardly live up to that title. "Situational gameshow" makes more sense.

I hate reality T.V., but I saw a commercial coming out for a show called "More to Love." I laughed for 10 minutes, but I still won't watch it.

To be honest, I don't know why people watch them anyway, so I don't really know.

I don't know that "situational gameshow" is any better a descriptor than "reality tv." We all know that in the context of tv, "reality" doesn't mean real as in real life, but real as in these are real people who aren't scripted, albeit in a (usually) artifitial situation.

Some are ok, I still enjoy survivor, but they've gone overboard with the amount of reality TV shows. I watched "I'm a celebrity now get me out of here" the other day and it made me want to vomit. It's a total rip off of survivor with the voting of american idol, and none of the so called "celebrities" are even close to famous. The 2 fat baldwin brothers, the wife of rob blagojevich, seriously?

yeah i saw that to. i thought to myself they just went to far. I know everyone coins the phrase fat girls need love to, but I never thought a reality show was necessary to find it for them.

there should be shows of any kind that make money...and reality shows seem to be doing that.

i see where you're coming from. i remember watching shows like Keenan and kel and etc., but now it seems that reality shows are being stuffed down the viewers throats to a point there is no imagination to the characters, that they know there being watch just because they're on tv.

They were never necessary to begin with, and I still contend that there is no such thing as a reality show.

Also, has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Seriously that sentence hurt my brain please te4ll me it's a joke.

Anyway I have to disagree with everyone I love reality shows. Specially the VH1 shows where its always some girls arguing about something stupid. I seriously love to hate the villians in those shows.
