Theres a pic of me in my sig link. Not eating garbage and working out is the simplified version of everything... But in reality its not all that simple. Not mentioning taking action requires motivation and interest right ? Some people don't even care to get in shape, but for those who do and struggle pm me! :D

Not much of a gamer anymore but I've made fitness/health/nutrition a bigger priority in my life over the past year. I've seen some significant results already.

It would be cool if we could put ankle braclets on fat people and it would shock them when they tried to eat the wrong things.Clearly they have no self control and we should not be forced to look at their nasty rolls.

I don't like it when people say "eat less" because its usually associated with starving yourself. A better solution is to eat BETTER or smarter. Eat what you love, but in moderation, having better portions and snack on fruits and veggies. Eat whole foods, never go to bed hungry.

Uhh no it's not. It's called cutting your enormous portions down to smaller sizes. Eating a pound of carrots at lunch is still unhealthy.

Yea it is, I often do so because it really depends on your fitness goal right? Some people just want to put on size and look muscular so they try to achieve sarcoplasmic hypertrophy (bodybuilding.) But some people don't care about the looks and only want function and strength so they try to achieve myofibril hypertrophy (Strength/athletic training) I personal do both, sometimes in the same workout session sometimes separate workout sessions. Strength training such as 1 rep max exercises also work out your central nervous system since it needs to fire more signals to recruit more muscle fibres, thats actually 1 main reason why I do both. But overall from personal experience its definitely okay to mix em in 1 workout session, I think its the BEST way to attain a good looking body and be able to perform at a high level. BUT, everyone's body is different so you gotta try it out n test it!

All dieting involves "starving yourself" you have to eat less calories.

Eating better and smarter is the way to go.... Think of food as fuel to your body. If you ate ALOT of junk food and barely exercise, will eating less junkfood and exercising alot help you lose weight? Well probably, but you're also fueling your body with crap and making it do all these exercises. It might cause you to injure yourself, get sick, and most of all feel like crap and exhaust yourself for the rest of the day. Not mentioning you'd be repairing your body after the exercise with junk, so you probably won't be recovering anytime soon from those exercises. Eating smarter and better allows you to have more energy, work out harder, recover faster, see results faster, and can even increase your metabolism.

Thats not true, starving is the wrong way to go. Its all about switching to clean foods. heck, if you ate white rice everyday and just switched it to brown rice. You'd be losing weight eating the same amount!
