...on MTV back in the early-mid 90's, it was a cartoon. These guys were like monks, and they were albino and had veins popping out everywhere. One of the guys veins ran away, and so four of five or them went around the world looking for them. Sorry that's all I can give you. I can't remember for the life of me what that show was.

it was a trippy show, the main character was a homeless person and was having a dream of being a superhero in his drunken dream (if I remember right) - he was trying to save a woman and had to fight strange creatures - but I vaguely remember the show you are talking about, like you said they were aired around the same time - I can't think of the name though

That one was called The Head, i wish they hadn't cancelled it so early since they never got to finish the story.
