I live in Cleveland, OH. No weather issues here yet other than the wind and cold. But I'll give it some time. Living on the Rust Belt and all, I'm used to it and would expect it here soon.
It effects me in that I have to go outside and run the snow blower to clear it off. But I don't mind doing that at all.
Schools were cancelled here last week because of the snow, and many businesses were late to open, but since I work from homenone of that really effected me.
Other than that, it's good to have fair boarding weather.
There is 8 inchs of snow outside my eastern North Carolina house. my 10 years here I have never seen anything like it.Tetrarch9holy crap. dont drive ok? yall have accidents out there with less then an inch on the ground. Ive seen this happen at fort bragg. Shut base down completely over like 2 cm of snow. I was laughing about it.
oh man there is so much freaking snow here but they have been working to keep the streets clean so it hasn't been a problem. It's actually been quite fun.
It hasn't snowed in almost a week. But, there's still something like a foot of snow on the grass. The temperature is currently 9F/-13C outside. Around here, that's usually too cold for snow. But with the wind blowing, the wind chill feels more like -12F/-24C. I had to get up early and make sure the liter bottles of Coke and Pepsi in the garage didn't freeze and burst.
We got a few inches, I'm about 40 minutes from Raleigh. If I didn't already have today off I probably wouldn't have gone in. Ended up driving my wife to work rather than have her drive herself since she doesn't deal with snow that often. That kind of happens when you're from the Philippines.
I have been outside once since it first started snowing here. I had to clean my dish for my TV off. While it isn't snowing now (had flurries yesterday), it is bitter cold with a wind chill in the teens here. I hate the cold.
A foot up here in Eastern Canada. Worst part is that the Malls are closed on Boxing Day and today (december 27) is the first shopping day after Christmas.
i live in western Illinois, by St. Louis, and the Snow for the most part isnt affecting me, though its affecting my driving, as i dont drive in the snow, so my car has been sitting at the side of the house covered in snow for a couple days.
though the roads are clear today so im fixin to start up my car and take advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free deal at gamestop.
I live about 30 min south of Cleveland and its fine we got dumped on a couple weeks ago. I was in NYC last weekend and there was no snow at all I am glad I went then I hear they got a ton now.I live in Cleveland, OH. No weather issues here yet other than the wind and cold.
