Wasting Light by Foo Fighters
Suck It and See by Arctic Monkeys
and I'm looking forward to the new Blink-182 album.

I wouldn't have high hopes if I were you.
I would say Torches by Foster the People
Since nobody ever listens to them (which is unfortunate) and their new album is very good, I'll go with the new Fair to Midland album, Arrows and Anchors. That would be followed closely by Burlap to Cashmere's new self-titled album. Worst album of the year thus far goes to the new Dredg album. Their new stuff was an incredible piece of crap.
The Mogwai album is really growing on me.
Also really enjoying this album. Not much of a metal fan but this is pure thrash nostalgia.

Good God man you have pretty much the same music taste as me, I really love that Havok album too, like you said, pure trash nostalgia, just the right vocals I find, not dodgy growling but just the right kind of "screaming". You wouldn't happen to watch theneedledrop's videos on Youtube would you?
Terra Tenebrosa - Tunnels Blut Aus Nord - 777 Sects Peste Noire - L'Ordure a l'etat Pur Veronica Maggio - Satan I Gatan The Axis of Perdition - Tenements (production sucks) Aosoth - iii Tim Hecker - Ravedeath, 1972 Deathspell Omega - Diabolus Absconditus (EP)Socijalisticka
realized I can post images now:D.
A few other favorites so far are Lykke Li, Adele, and The Kills. I'm really excited for Björk and Feist later this year.

I love those albums by Lykke Li and The Kills. Wounded Rhymes is probably my second favorite album of the year, it still keeps getting better and better for me.
