I was reading this article for a repot I wanted to work on and it declares that, "Research studies show that only 10 to 15% of gamers meet the criteria for addiction. Heavy game use is defined by the American Medical Association as playing for more than two hours per day."

Anyway, as for me in particular, I'd say that if I'm addicted to anything it's the internet, specifically message forums.

Okay, more than TWO hours a day?? i game for FIVE hours a day. what does that make me, an addict?? these ppl are ****ed up
