Like I said ,Spain is just a pile of wreck,a bunch of fat old breathless wrecks.No more Villa, no more Torres ,Puyol gone for good,Casillas fallen, Xavi -hate to say it- too old ,got no more magical passes ,Iniesta not Iniesta anymore,Pique though still young ,not much of a defender anymore...man , to put in a nutshell, Spain has fallen.Most of Spain is Barcelona and ,Barcelona is shit ,so Spain is shit.
That said ,I strongly believe Casillas would've changed the ball's path if Van Persie hadn't fouled him ,so they wouldn't have scored their third.I second Mater Live's idea.
Though still to early to judge ,I guess the ultimate competition for the cup will be between Holland and Germany.
Well on one side ,you got a bunch of old wrecks ,on the other side you have a bunch of young cheerful lads ,lead by Louis Van Gaal ,the man whose once assistant was Mourinho ,whose once apprentice was Guardiola.
They kinda reminded me of 2008's Holland, how they thrashed Italy and France :P
