no...sorry all you 14 year olds...but at 14 you have no freakin idea of how the world works or what you are feeling emotionally and itellectually...for a 28 year old to take advantage of you...(and that's what she or he would be doing)...is wrong.........you grow exponentially from your late teens to you mid to late 20s...it's wrong in every possible way...

You think the 28 babysitter should go to jail for abusing a minor? I definatley say no, in fact this should happen more often. Biologically, a 14 year old male is ready to have sex with a woman. And in most of the world 14 isn't considered a minor. Lawmakers made up the word Statutory Rape, it's not really rape, they were just looking for a 3rd degree charge.wiibetterthanu
Okay, let's reverse this logic for a second. biologicaly some 8 year old females are ready to have sex with men. Should a 30 year old man then have sex with an 8 year old? I don't think so. There are many psychological factors in play here.. including cultural ones. Statutory rape law is designed to protect young people because they are easy to take advantage of and coerce. Most of you are just thinking with your... well you know what I mean.
