Wii Shop Channel Downloads!

I have tried for TWO MONTHS to download any thing for the Wii Shop Channel, ever sense "Wii Ware" came out. I called Nintendo and thay told me that their servers have taken a CRAP and that I will be S.O.L. until they fix the problem. I have tried to download FFCC, Lost Winds, and Paper Mario with no luck. I am able to download any of the games that I have downloaded befor "Wii Ware" came out with no problem, and very quickly. I have checked my connection and there isn't a problem there.

What region are you in? And are you sure you have the latest updates?ECG_24

I'm in the US and I have all of the latest updates for my Wii.

Update your Wii and make sure your router is on channel 1 or 11.Rocky32189

My router is on chennel 11. Do you think that if I change it to 1 that might help?

It might help, but I'm guessing it probably won't... I'm not too sure where to go from here.

Are you able to get into the shop channel? Are you able to download anything, such as channels? Are you able to purchase anything?
