Sin and Punishment 2 is a rail shooter being made for the Wii by Nintendo and Treasure. The game will sport three control methods, C1assic Controller, Wii Remote and Nunchuck and the Wii Zapper. The game also has some Wi-Fi elements in the form of leaderboards.
Tales of Grace

Travis is back and in a revenge story. No More Heroes 2 promises to be more polished and feel like a more complete game then the first. More weapons, more boss fights, more to do, better jobs (that are also in 2D) -- seems like it'll be a good sequel.

Again from High Voltage Software, this game is suppose to play like Left 4 Dead. It will include 4 player co-op online and Wii Speak as well as use the fully customizable control scheme HVS has made since The Conduit.
Monster Hunter Tri:

Monster Hunter 3 is an action-RPG coming to the Wii that features gorgeous visuals along with great gameplay and solid online modes for players.
Trauma Team:

Much like the previous Trauma Center games, however with new jobs to play as. Be a surgeon, E.M.T., Diagnostician, orthpedic surgeon, endoscope technician and medical examiner. It seems like it'll be the next step in the series.
Red Steel 2

Red Steel is back -- and it is completely changed. With a new art direction and 100% Wii MotionPlus only support, it is shaping up well. Full 1:1 motion and true swordplay. Action fans will be in for a treat.

Epic Mickey comes from the man that brought us games like Deus Ex. Although its visuals might turn a few off, the game looks to use the Wii Remote to draw and erase things in the game -- the game is also being developed with Pixar animation studios.

This Japanese RPG is all about a post-apocalyptic world. You use the Wii mote and use a flash light to search the area and level up your character in this RPG.
