Why aren't these games more popular?

Today i picked up Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble and Metroid Prime: Pinball. They are just great games. The grahpics are very nice on both games, and the sound is perfect in both as well.

I don't understand why great games like these aren't more popular..

Who has played these great games? You really should try them if you haven't.

Maybe they are more of those games that do not really have an aim/story but just plain fun. People tend to lean towards games that involve a storyline(beating the game to find out the story), or one that has good replay value (Mario Kart?) or games that includes multiplayer competition (Mario Kart? Pokemon?).
Metriod Pinball is still a nice game though =)

Well VJ isnt that popular because compared to 1 & 2 its not very good, its still fun but its a little clunky compared to the first two. I remember spending two months looking for this game I finally found it at Eb for 15 bucks in 2006.

Two other games that werent very popular were Nanostray, and Zoo Keeper. I dont know why though, they were both really fun.

Zoo keeper was 40 bucks when it first came out but it soon lowered to 10.

I have a question...sorry to get off topic, but if I liked Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2, would I like the one for the DS? I was interested in buying it, but it just seemed like alot of people didn't like it, especially when comparing it to Viewtiful 1 and 2. Kid_Mega

you probably wont like it as much, its still fun (and only 15 bucks) but its doesnt feel as good as 1 and 2.

What happened to beyblade? I don't see it anymore though I've never played it.

Custom Robo isn't very popular either, it just happensStarFoxEXR
