It can be from any of the past Nintendo consoles so for example it can be NES, or N64 etc. ( nintendo portable systems dont count) It doesn't have to be a game that Nintendo developed so it can be Chrono trigger that was on the Snes, or it can be Tecmo bowl that was on the NES. Just has to be a game that is on a Nintendo console. So for me it has to be Super Mario Bros 3 from the Nes ... I mean there's a lot of games that I love but that one never gets old. But if no my second choice would of been Banjo Kazooie probably that was on the N64.
