What's the worst character Nintendo ever invented?

 How about Mallow from mario RPG. With all respect to de Mario RPG this character sucks.

I don't know what its called, all I know is I hate them.  I traded in Mario Sunshine so fast I don't even remember their names.  They're in the cup ceremony in Mario Kart DD as well.  I give an F- for this character design.

that is because when they were making the kirby game, kirby wasn´t the real character, he was just a place holder to test the game and at the end it turned out to b great. besides i think kirby is very original, just tell me who had coping abilities before Kirby thet involved eating the enemy. Yoshi came out a year before Kirby.

SMW was from 1991, Kirby's Dream Land was from 1992. 

not a doubt in my mind its the pig in the wind waker that if you look closely actually has gas (green puffs coming out of his rear end) or any pig/ chicken from the zelda games. you can hit em a thousand and times and they never die....(unlike you do when you tick em off)

 I'm pretty sure Kirby wasn't "invented" by Nintendo at all. If I remember correctly it was created by Hals Laboratories and Nintendo saw the game and offered to improve the game. Since then though it has become part of Nintendo...

I'll probably go with Waluigi, they just felt the need to have another Wario type character to go with Luigi and it wasn't necesary at all. BTW Mr. L from Super Paper Mario should definetely replace Waluigi. 

Wasn't Kirby actually created by Satoru Iwata? And to suggest a green character could replace a purple character without creating onscreen confusion with the other identical-height, identical-size green character lacks some foresight.ZebethOrZebes

Satoru Iwata was part of the original Hals Laboratories, I think so anyways... Oh and having Mr. L as Luigi's evil counterpart isn't really that farfetched, how many games have we seen evil clones, evil twins that look almost exactly the same? Just because they look somewhat alike shouldn't mean anthing...

Honestly, Mario Golf, Mario Kart, Mario Tennis, and Mario Strikers would not be the same without the characters you mentioned. Everyone needs a counterpart/buddy! You're just lucky they don't all have FAMILIES like DK does!ZebethOrZebes

I was going to say that, at least navi, the mail man and tingle have a personality, waluigi only maks noices he hasn´t even apperared in a game that´s not a mario sports game or mario party, at least he could´ve appeared in luigi´s mansion

I know Mario and Luigi are Ninty's all time faviorates and I don't really care for Mario but Luigi bugs the crap out of me sometimes he acts so gay (sorry for the language) plus thats why they only made one game for him because he sucks!

you all are mean. none of those characters are the worst. tingle the gay fairy owns, he gave me a cool boomerang in minish cap. waluigi is awesome, i mean it takes a real person to wear purple! kirby sucks people up so he would be a great pedophile, the zelda mailman owns with his "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY!' at the end of each dungeon. and why are people hating on baby bowser? it shows that bowser does something with peach while mario is getting high on mushrooms.

for those who havent read my post earlier..

     Since Nintendo owns the DK liscence now, I think the honor should be bestowed to Baby Kong.  It was like RARE totally didn't want to put Donkey Kong back in his own game, so they made him. 

If it was first party effort only though, I would go with Baby Wario.  He was way too pudgy and actually didn't know Mario or Luigi until they were old enough to talk.  Bad use of canon on Nintendo's part.

luigi was just a copy of mario to do multiplayer in the beggining then BAM own game gets recognised
