What's the deal with Tekken 3D?

There's like no news at all and it's coming out next month. Anyone know if it's going to have online, character customization, etc.? Where's the details?

The details are on page 4 of the 3DS Info Thread, but I guess I'll just put them here for convenience.

- Over 40 characters including Alisa, Asuka, Bryan, Heihachi, Kazuya, Lili, and Xiaoyu
- Tekken 3D: Prime Edition will have online play and some exclusive stages
- Game comes packed with the full length Tekken Blood Vengeance film (Which also supports 3D mode)
- The movie fills in story between Tekken 5 and 6
- Movie and game will use the same cartridge
- Textures are still place holders
- 700 collectable Tekken cards
- Cards feature 3D scenes to view
- These span the entire series
- Obtain cards by beating the CPU and through Streetpass
- Touch screen is used for customized commands
- Assign an air combo in a button or a special move
- Runs at 60 frames per second even when the system's 3D effect is turned onJollyGreenOne

Looks really good, looks like we will get a lot for our money as well which I like. Its great to see developers giving us lots of content.

So the textures when it was first shown off really were WIP/placeholders? Good! They were so ugly. Glad to see they're working on the visuals and not doing a cheap game to try and justify selling us a $40 movie. :P

Hopefully it'll be as good as Tekken 6, and look as good too!

Runs at 60 fps even when the 3d is on? That is excellent. I'm surprised but pleased that multiple great fighting games are on the 3ds.terafumos

I am looking forward to this, though my only experience is the arcade version and I think that was Tekken 3 as well.

I may get this, but not sure yet. I'm not a Tekken fan much, and haven't played the series since Tekken 3... yoshi_64

Cool I am also a big fan of Ayane, she is very skillful and very nice. However... :| should you piss her off or do something (hurt or kidnap Hayate) boy/girl you better find a well hidden hideaway where very little if anyone could spot you, because she come at you with all her er prowess, and kick your @$$.

I don't know the series, my only game is the DOA Dimensions, but I would not be surprized if she could give Ryu a real run for is money, but again I do not really know the series that well, but do know Ryu is also no push over.

Looks decent actually. I've not played a fighting game since the Killer Instinct days but I'm tempted to pick this up.

never got into tekken..seemed more like a sega game back in the day..oh well.
