What happened with Ougon no Kizuna/Golden Bonds?

Did it get put on halt or something? Here's a teaser trailer of it. We need more of this on the Wii.

Jaleco was massively in debt, and sold to another company. Their in-developement games (at the time) have probably been scrapped.

The company that bought them also picked up quite a hefty debt even though the purchase was extremely cheap.

It sucked and theres no plans on localizing it.
