how do i connect an extra wiimote. would appreciate some help without any flack. :) thanks in advance.

yeah i do that...and nothing happens..it flashes but itdoesnt connect. do i have to press anything on the console like with the 360?

the wii has to be turned on
then press and hold both the sync buttons on the wiimote and the actual wii until it finishes blinking

works for me

turn on yur wii... leave it at the screen that tells yu to press A (but dont do it)... then press SYNC on yur wiimote (the lights are gonna flassh)... then do it on yur wii (the SYNC button is in the flap near the SD card slot)... wait until it connects (the lights will stop flashing... and i think thats it for the standard way....
