I dunno. Between Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass, both of which are obviously great games, I think we've been fortunate to get plenty of Zelda content recently so I don't think I'm really jonesing for a new game yet. Still, would I take another Zleda game tomorrow? Of course.
I'm almost sure that a new Zelda DS or maybe a remake will came till 2010. Like happened with the GBC and the GBA, which had at least two Zeldas games, DS will have one more Zelda game.

I honestly didn't like the Phantom Hourglass. It didn't feel like a Zelda game to me for some reason. Maybe because the stylus controls drove me up the freaking wall. I wanted the ability to just use normal D-Pad + buttons controls. Call me old-school.

I really hope they are thinking of another Zelda for the DS. I loved Phantom Hourglass! I thought they did a really good job of utilising the DS capabilities. Anyway, i'd love it if they made another one. :D
Dont get your hopes up Im pretty sure that the Zelda team is working on a new Zelda on the wii, when will they release it you say? knowing nintendo you can expect it to come out probably around Q1 2010
Phamton Hourglass is great but i really want to see an Ocarina's and Majora's direct sequel using the same engine and features of the N64 games, that would be awesome and we know it can be done

Or, if they can manage, just make a direct port of the N64 games to the DS. I think it would be possible. They managed to do it with Mario 64, I'm sure, if they tweaked it a little, they could get it to be just as good.

Personally, I don't see a new Zelda release for the current DS to be a likely scenerio. Although the DS has momentum to keep it running for a while, I wouldn't be surprised if the next portable Zelda adventure was for Nintendo's next handheld. By next year's E3, I'd expect to hear Nintendo reveal a new version of the DS hardware.
I'm wanting a new zelda pretty soon. As for remakes they should do a fully revamped version of a link to the past. That one would be awesome for a remake.
I think a remake of the Oracle games would be fantastic.
Keep the same general story line, just beef up the graphics and maybe add a new sidequest here or there. Those were my favorites out of all of the games, and it'd be sweet to see them with maybe Minish Cap graphics or better.
I didn't really like Phantom Hourglass graphics too much, they seemed a little overambitious. So I'd like it to stay away from 3D for now, at least until they get all the bugs worked out.

i'm sure they're working on more zelda titles they get such good ratings and get awards and such. So i know i'll be looking forward to any new Zelda game coming out in the future.
I agree wiht you Zelda and the phantom hourglass was really fun!! the game lasted a while!! i am obsesed wit games like that its a stragagy there was a puzzle that my mom did for me!! lol
