I'm stuck on then end of chapter 1-3 I'm on that blue platform and don't no what to do can someone help me?

Go to the screen before and flip into 3D to find a hint for what you need to do.

i did all it says is gaze into the satrs or something. when i get on the platform i look everywhere with that one thing but cant find anything
