I have heard in un-confirmed locations that they are going to make a Star Wars game for the Wii, and it would be something like, you hold the Wii-mote like you would a light-saber. Does any one know anything about this? And do you think it would be online?

Lucasarts just announced a new SW game but NOT for Wii. That is so wrong. Hopefully an original game is underway for the Wii.
