I loved Devil Survivor and I will probably buy this to because of all the changes they made as well as the inclusion of an eighth day. Still though, I would much rather see some new rpgs.

i might get tales of the abyss. I didnt like the original because all the characters annoyed the hell out of me and the ps2 loading times pissed me off so i never got far, but i dont mind trying it on a portable now that i dont have easy access to consoles.

I would buy Tales of the Abyss for 3DS. The rest will be lame. Where are the Western RPG's? JRPG's are way behind when it comes to rpg's.

They are two different sub genres. Each with their own pluses and minuses. No genre is greater than the other. Quite frankly, I haven't seen WRPGs evolve past the shooting mechanic.

I'd be totally hyped for Devil Survivor Overclocked if there was a way to transfer your save data to it...

I'm hoping for a new 3DS Pokémon game in the future.

I wonder what it should be called. Pokémon Jade? Pokémon Lapis?

I hope the 3DS has jrpgs and wrpgs both of them are fun in their own ways.

It would be nice to see some wRPGs on 3DS (or on handhelds in general). Probably a super-large game like Mass Effect or Elder Scrolls, but maybe something like Torchlight.

Ah. Torchlight 3D. I just made myself drool.

Dragon Quest game is titled already, by the way. It is a sequel to RocketSlime IIRC. Not really an RPG. Three Final Fantasy games announced, one of them being Chocobo racing, another a Rythm game apparently, and the third is probably a remake of Final Fantasy V. A new Pokemon game was also announced, but it is a fighting game. Can't think of anything else we have decent information about. Looking forward to Tales and SMT though.

so little rpgs for the 3ds today or just only one. man, I shouldn't have bought a 3ds if it had such a worst line up. But anyways, It just take time for the 3ds to blossom. atleast, Im playing zenonia an rpg dsi ware

*Edit - Son of a *****, another dang non-US release game?! F*** Nintendo, f*** Japan devs. **** **** **** **** ****! *breathes* I am sick of this crap. Just watched the Layton vs. Ace Attorney trailer on youtube. Nintendo isn't gonna bring the good games over any more. Region free DS made it where they pretty much had to sell everywhere. With 3DS's region locking, they don't have to anymore. Had I seen this crap coming I never would have bought mine. Pitiful Nintendo, just pitiful.
