but i personally think that the re4 experience wii take the medal for better game, i mean come on it was AWESOMEEEE but yea i cant wait to play through re0 is uc!
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles isn't even out yet. In addition, the game offers a completely different playing experience. For a better comparision wait until Resident Evil 5 is released, then you can ask the question "Resident Evil 4 vs. Resident Evil 5."

Neither is better than the other. Some will prefer RE4, some will prefer UC. It all depends on their/your personal tastes.
Personally, I'm infinitely more excited for Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. I've already played RE4 on 3 different platforms and while it was good, it didn't add to the storyline at all. Being a Resident Evil purist (since 1996), I'm proneto favor any games that contribute to the Umbrella story and have zombies in them. With the addition of Wesker playable in REUC, I've become even more excited. The only thing I could see adding at this point is RE2 (and RECVX). That would make it perfect. I'm not a big fan of on-rail shooters for preexisting series, but I'm willing to give it a shot because the story should be amazing. Umbrella Chronicles is definitely more to get excited about in my opinion as it is my personal "most anticipatedgame of the year" (even more so than Halo 3). It's the sole reason I am dying trying to desperately find a Wii right now. :P
