It will still cost the same as most other places, just meens ur $ isnt a strong as others. Convert ur money to the US and you get a similar price, if not Dont pay $1000 for it, no way. lol

Id hate to see how much they are asking for a PS3 where u are!

What country do you live in? In the US it's priced at $250. I'd say it's not worth much more over that. So convert your currency to ours and there is your answer.

US DOLLARS? That's outrageous. No console is worth that much. Save your money until it goes down in price or something. Try Ebay maybe?

I can't believe how much these companies get away with ripping off consumers in other countries. 1000 US DOLLARS? That's insane. I could get a used car for that if I looked in the right places. How much does McDonalds charge for a double cheeseburger where you live? 20 bucks?

It's a little over 480 dollars American

Considering the trade laws of your country and how much you tax for things that's a fair price.

Well, here the double cheeseburger is only .99 cents, since it's on their Dollar Value Menu. So if it costs roughly 2-3 times as much in Brazil, then the cost of the Wii is actually in line with that inflation rate. Still, I love my Wii, but I'd have a hard time spending more than 300-400 (at the MOST) on one. Wait for a price drop, which apparently happens much faster in your country (if the PS3 has already dropped to 1/3 of it's original price)

It's not Nintendo making it so expensive.

It's the country, their taxes and trade laws, and conversion into US dollars

1000.00 real there is 486 and change American

the reason they can rip off other countries is the fact of region codes those stupid pricks make games to only work in specific areas and due to that the systems sell for more or less depending on the region they sell in... sadly its a crime.. if there where no region codes things would be so simple

It's not to do with that either

Thats how much it costs in his country. The Wii has the same region code for the US, Canada, and Mexico and yet they all sell for different prices.

The price is based on the countryÂ
