More so than the ps3 or the 360. The 360 has died on me (RROD) and the PS3 is buggy (it can't remember settings and things don't work as they should all the time).
Of all the 3, the Wii has been the most stable in my experience.
It did crash on me a single time while playing Metroid - I jumped in a lake of hot gel and at the moment of impact the system restarted (it was kind of trippy). But it could have been in part to the fact that I have LOADS of devices hooked up to a few surge protectors all on the same fuses, so maybe it was an electronical problem. Hasn't happened since and one time in about half a year is extremely good in my opinion.
The biggest problem i had, was, My first Wii (which i got on launch day) had trouble keeping the controllers synced to the console and sometimes the Disc's wouldn't read at all.
But the one i have now is virtually flawless and doesn't have a single problem from a technical standpoint.
Nintendo have a history of making extremely reliable consoles, and the wii is no diferent. Obviously there will be a few isolated problems - that is the nature of modern electronics, but overall it is an extremely reilable console.
The only game I've had trouble with is GHIII. It's crashed on me several times. But I think it was a software problem and not hardware as that game sucks and is a huge dissapointment.
my wii is buggy. when i put in a disc it starts up fine. but when you load the game it says "disc read error". then when i put in a new disc it works fine. then when i put back the old one is works like new .
