pokemon hacked/legit question about action replay

ok imdebating wether or not to et action replay the answer to my question will decide

lets say i took two hacked pokemon like...two geodude with a normal moveset and normal everything and breeded them ....is that a hacked egg?

and lets say i take a normal and make it hatch quickly is that hacked?

so if i just make it easier to catch a cewrtain pokewmon without inhancing the IV can we agree that the bread pokemon would be useable? it would still be way easier than catching it normally which is fine with me
