4. You could get a master ball in LG, FR, R, or S and trade it to your emerald.

well, i would say insted ad of wasting time and trying to win it or wasting money getting it on a cheating device(gameshark) you should train your pokemon, buy TONS of ultra balls, weaken rayquaza, and try to get him to sleep. I reccomend Altairia or Lunatone or Hypno for this job. Altaria will weaken him with ice beam. Lunatone would be a back up weakener. ThenHave make rayquaza fall asleep and BLAMMO! you can catch him easily.

you dont NEED a master ball for anything in the whole game but here are some tips...

Tip 1:if you use a poke ball and hold down A and B until it says"Tyrese(are what ever your name) is used a poke ball!

Tip 2:you should REALLY bring a wailord,lanturn,and wiggleytuff(that is what my cousin used he caught it in 2 min.)

Lanturn lv 46 ice beam,surf,thunderbolt,confuse ray Vilepume lv46 petal dance,giga drain,solarbeam,sludge bomb Xatu lv 43 psychic,fly,wish(USED WISH LIKE 30 TIMES!!!!)(i had to use leppa berries)shadow ball
