People that want a hard drive are geeks.

in a recent interview, Laurent Fischer from Nintendo of Europe said the only people that wanted a hard drive are geeks or otaku (whatever that means).

well i could care less if i'm a geek or not, but why criticize your main fan base? these "geeks" are the people that have always supported Nintendo.

this just seems like a lame way of saying "most people don't need a hard drive so we aren't going to worry about it".
