First of all please post this in the GC forums. The wii may be compatible eith GC games but posts bout the gc to not belong here.  Now to answer your question. both of the games you posted are great but are to different to really compare fairly. The first MP is better than the second though. Try to get MP1 and TTYD. You can probelly find both for dirt cheap now.
Haven't played Paper Mario, but Metroid Prime 2 wasn't nearly as good as the first. I actually have not beat it yet:?KJAX90
Wow, thanks to this thread it made me call GameCrazy and they are selling gamecube games DIRT cheap. Said they have Metroid Prime for only $5 and Super Mario Sunshine for $20 new/$3( :lol: ) used
