Both better then that and they can be used for everything unlike that.
The only reason you need the Wii wired is if you're not allowed to have wireless for whatever reason.

I suggest you research more before you add in about those routers.
I know for a fact they work with Wii, DS, XBOX, 360, PS2, laptops and desktops.
Chances are they work with the PS3 but no one around has one yet.

While that wired adapter only works with one Wii and that's it.
Like I said before, unless you're forced to have to choose wired (dorms, etc) you're better off with a router that can get everything online with the option of wireless and wired connections.
