I'm sorry I just wasn't sure because with multiplayer this game could be almost like the next Halo.I'm just kind of mad because I'm deciding between Madden 08 or Corruption. I absolutely love football games but if Metriod is that good then I'll skip football this year. Online/offline multiplayer would have sealed the deal but now I'm not sure what to do...Help Please?
Metroid Prime is a game, like Bioshock and RE4, that delivers a high-quality single player experience due to the developer's total devotion of resources to a great campaign, neglecting multiplayer. Would you like to see MP3 as a game with half-assed dual modes, or MP3 with kickass single player?
It's not really a big loss for me, the multiplayer in MP2 wasn't really that good. Hunters was much more FPS-like which is why multiplayer was suited to it.

No there is not ANY multiplayer of any kind. They've said nothing about multiplayer and announcing multilplayer with only a week before the release would be stupid.
Unless Metroid 3 wanted a horrible storyline, they would be best to stay from multiplayer. This could easily bring on pain. But if they could somehow succeed at both...they have serious problems with only focusing on one aspect of the game.
Man, a Wifi Wii Metroid? That would be totally awesome!
Im still deciding whether to buy it or not since theres no multiplayer. Thats pretty much a standard for me buying games now. So yeah fanboys of metroid will be happy, but new comers wont.
