And I partly bought the thing because I've seen him watching those stupid girl-plays-wiifit-in-underwear-or-naked videos. Now I have it, enjoy it ( i think it really does help you stay in shape, its not just a gimmick. i feel like my balance is getting better and I am getting more leg strength which is good because my legs are less strong int eh summer when I am not skiing if i dont bike enough). However, whenever I do play it around him, he seems to be completely disinterested, adn whenever I ask him about my skills at it, or what he thinks of me playing wiifit, he says I look "stupid" and that i "cant balance" aand am "terrible" it it. its hurtful quite frankly, and i am a bit pissed at the following two groups of people
1) videogame geeks for having unrealistic expectations
2) wii fit video girls for managing to look like pole dancers. balancing is VERY hard and its hard not to look silly doing it. i get the feeling most of the girls int he video are from viral marketing firms and are either professional dancers or have had YEARS to work with the product in development as to look as sexy as possible when wii-fitting
