No. I can't even play a driving game without steering the remote anymore. I've become way too addicted to Wii.

I feel the same way.

Luckily Wii has games with traditional controls : NiGHTS, Brawl, Mario Kart, Final fantasy fables chocobo dungeon, Fire Emblem , pokemon battle revolution, and soon to be Harvest Moon wii, Maro sluggers, Tales of symphonia Dawn of the new world.

I was impressed by Sonic and the secret rings, super mario galaxy, and metroid prime 3 motion controls though. No More Heroes wasn't bad either.

Different strokes for different folks.

I'm playing Metroid Prime 3 right now, and I fear the thought of going back to the sloppy dual-analog sticks.

Motion controls are better than the old control. Heck, teh waggle > pressing a button.

I don't care what I use as long as the game is good. Unfortunately, everything I have played on the Wii so far I would have preferred to be on another system. Hopefully new games will make good use of the Wii controls, such as Trauma Center, but without making me think, this works just as well on the DS.

I don't like overused motion controls, but excellently employed motion controls are way better than the alternative, I think. I enjoyed using items in Zack & Wiki way more than I would have if it had been "hit A to saw".

Nope, i'm tired of games that makes you waggling with no sense, instead of at least trying to make some innovate way to use the Wiimote.

I think the nunchuck could use some work, but the Wii-remote for the most part works fine. So yeah I'm enjoying the motion controls (on the games that they actually work good).

it may not strike me the same way it used to- but i personally love the motion control... i feel more "in the game" then just some guy sitting on my couch motionless wiggling my thumbs for hours.

Metroid Prime 3: had pretty brilliant controls.

no mo' heroes was uber swank as well.

I'm tired of games that have poorly implemented, sloppy, or unecessary motion controls. Just like the DS, not every game needs to use these controls just because they can. Sometimes the traditional way is better and sometimes the new way is better.

I like them, but yeah I do get sick of the 'waggle to attack' bs. For me, the IR control is a bigger gaming contribution than the motion control.

i like games that make good use of the motion controls rather than a game that simply uses UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, THRUST, WAGGLE... that stuff gets old really fast. but i dont think ill ever get tired of games with twisting and turning and aiming, simply because it feels so natural if done well

I haven't seen enough motion controls, the only game I play on my Wii at the moment is Brawl and that uses 0 motion controls :|. Personally I want to see some more games that use the controls like MP3 or TP with the fishing and stuff.

After I played Metroid Prime 3 I went back and replayed both GC Prime games and alll I can say is that after using motion controls the GC controller felt outdated.

Lets put it this way: Would you have rather pressed A twice or C to spin Mario in Galaxy or just shake the controller? I vote for shake the controller.

Yeah, if the game has a lot of waggle but makes intelligent use of it then I'm cool with that. E.g. Zack and Wiki. That game had genius implementation of Wiimote motion control.

I'm tired of "waggle " controls. I can't tell you how pumped I was for the Wii. But just about every game that has come out been nothing more than waggle controls, hell, I wouldnt even call them "motion" controls. Hopefully, the new "add-on" will fix things, but , honestly, it should have been like that from the get go.

I can't play a racing game without the wheel.. I tried some racing games on the PS3... It just doesn't feel the same. Turning a wheel is much better than turning a joystick thingy...

well i'm pretty much reiterating whats been said. I won't get tired of motion control because we've barely even had it for long. I am gettting tired of the old conventoinal controller (press x to win, and also the good old analog aiming man i hate that now!! ). Though like many have said there must be a distinction, IR has worked with games perfectly whereas 'motion controls' have been poorly implemented which i blame on the lack of motion plus. I think when this comes games will be able to use motions much more accurately and then and only then i will judge on my feelings of motion controls

Nada, I was playing mario kart yesterday with a mate and I had only one wheel. So I used a gc controller and it felt so boring and bland I was shaking it and turning it and remembered it wasnt a wheel. It just comes natural to me now.

I'm absolutely getting tired of motion sensing. It either doesn't work or is totally boring. Motion sensing on the Wii is totally uninspired. It doesn't mean anything if ALL it does is sense motion, you're just flailing your arms to do things instead of pressing buttons to do things. The only difference is that normal controllers are less tedious to use and don't have to put up with occasional bad detection. How about using the Wiimote like the steering wheel of a plane for a flight simulator game? How about using it for a decent swordfight (Please Note: DECENT swordfight)? Games like DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2, MK Armageddon, and SSBB don't innovate at all, they make you look like you're trying to fly by flapping your arms. I was initially excited for the Wii, but Nintendo has done nothing more with the Wii than sacrifice hardcore Nintendo fans in favor of people who aren't even gamers. Miyamoto admitted as much himself after E3 this year. People who are easily impressed will like the Wii, sure, but I think that unless Nintendo starts putting in the effort they did with the GCN and N64, the X360 will prevail this generation.

honestly i thought star bits were pointless other than to make the game easier by giving you yet another way to rack 1-ups. The only other way u use them is to force feed small star shapped creatures and thats just mean. I would have rathered have jumped with A twice. In fact i would have enjoyed the game a lot more if i was allowed to use the classic controller. the only thing that would have changed would be parts involing pull stars but even thouse parts could have been done using the Right analog stick.

Well, only a handful of games really use motion controls, so it's not like Nintendo has really lived up to what they set out to do yet.
