based on ya opinions, should there be a MPH2, i mean number 1 was a great game except people had to hack. i think there should be a MPH2 for the ds:D

If this is going to happen they are going to need to put a Co-op Multiplayer mode. It's the only way I would buy a sequel.One player is ok but I found myself getting tired of the story really fast.

Other than that, just find a way to stop the cheaters on WiFi.

Same. They should improve the multiplayer (more players per match), and the single player. It would be sweet.:D

If Nintendo were to make a second Metroid Prime game for DS, I would be EXTREMELY happy.If a second Metroid Prime Hunters was made, I would be just as disappointed. Why you ask? Well I own Metroid Prime and Echoes and I LOVED them because of there amazing story (learned by scanning) and the classic Metriod style gameplay. So then I hear about Hunters, I anticipating it 24/7 until it came out. Then there were the reviews, and my excitement turned into horror, they traded Metroid style stories and gameplay for a FPS with multiplayer. Of course, I didn't want to believe that and quickly brought Hunters to play myself. Sadly I was disappointed, FPS instead of Metroid gameplay, shallow storyline, and while there was a great multiplayer action, I would have rather seen the effort put into the singleplayer.

If you ask me a new Metroid Prime game for the DS should be split into two different games; with the first edition having true Metroid Prime style gameplay AND NO MULTIPLAYER, while the second edition should have a CO-OP singleplayer and an improved Hunters style multiplayer THAT BANS CHEATERS. I know theres someone out there who agrees.

Id rather get a 2d metroid.

If they did make a second one, Id want them to make it wifi only, since I dont want another single player after the last one.

They would have to get rid of all glitches/hax/SF/ stuff so it would be more...better

Oh god no! Hunters was horrendous, cramped controls, poor graphics, bad online play that did not work, no wonder GS flopped it, the game was crap. Side scrolling Metroid FTW!

yeah a 2d metroid game should be made next, if its a remake im thinking they should do it on Metroid 2.
