I still play it quite frequently. I just don't have my Wii at the moment because I had to send it to Nintendo for repairs, but once I get it back I'll definitly be playing it again.
Yes I still play it often. Tons of people still playing it online too. I just wish more players would try and get better at it. Wish it had more star players.
Not too often, but I still go online every once in a while. Don't worry about lack of online players, I have a feeling it won't die out until another popular racer comes out. (F-ZERO!:P)
OH yeah. I'm not that into online gaming but I play that game online pretty frequently. Lately I've been getting into doing online ghost races- that's really addicting. The only thing I don't usually do is the tournaments. Usually they're just about collecting coins in a certain amount of time, which I don't like.
The game is still selling ridiculously well so there's always new players getting into online. A multiplayer game as popular as Mario Kart will always have loads of people playing online anyway, no matter how old it is.
I play Mario Kart Wii all the time now. It is one of my favorite games on the Wii. I mostly play VS battles online, because I dislike the coin battles. I am stuck at an 8200 rank though =/ Can't seem to get off of it.

I'm still playing also, but mostly to search for other GOOD players. I wish MK Wii grouped us with other similarly ranked players. Those are the best races!!!
