I don't get it. I downloaded Star Fox 64 tonight, but once again, can't save my progress to my SD card. Can't I do that? I can't save Super Mario 3, either.

I know that if I just go back to the Wii menu, it'll save my progress, but what if my stepson wants to play and save HIS progress? You used to be able to save several files on the old 64 system. Can't you do that on the Wii?

you cant save data??????!!!!!gdae

yes, you can. But as I understood the TC was asking if he could copy a "save data" from VC games that do not have anything else but the "restore" point...

In ase I missunderstood you.... here to copy save data. Again, note taht you can only copy the save data from the VC that you can create a save file about... e.g. zelda has save data so you would be able, ninja gaiden would never be possible bc it does not have save point/data... I do not know about Star Fox 64 (pry yes, follow the intro at teh link)

@taxmax: if you need more help, you can ask..i`ll be around for a while longer... :)

Thanks, guys. I did find out in Star Fox 64 that if you get the high score, you can enter your initials and that sort of saves your restore point. I guess I do remember that now---it's been 10 years since I've played it!!

Thanks for your help!

I was wrong....you can't save your progress---just your high score.

I guess you have to play the whole thing through.....bummer.
