Is Matt from IGN mad with Nintendo?

idk he gave Mario Party 8 a 5.2

and Tamagotchi: Party On! a poor 3.5

 I think he doesnt like minigame-based games from the Wii or maybe he is mad at Nintendo because they havent said the release of SSBB or something lol

what do you think about these reviews? is he right or exagerating?

I think the guy knows a thing or two about quality.  But sometimes Matt says stupid things in his reviews.

Even Nintendo Power gave Tamagochi a 2.5
Yep, a 2.5, it really is supposed to be a terrible game.

As for Mario Party 8, I think he may have been a tad harsh, but not by much.  It's ugly and has bad control from what he says, as well as an almost complete lack of innovation in any department.  Acording to him the only thing new is the Wii controls, and apparently, they suck 90% of the time.

I don't think he has a vendetta against Nintendo.  In fact, maybe he's just giving them some tough love.  And they kind of deserve it.
