I bought both FFTA2 and FF4 for DS. I'm playing FF4, and I was a huge fan of the SNES and GBA versions. It's a nice remake, but I don't like the Augment system, and I remember how much the constant party changes annoyed me so much. I think I have played FF4 one too many times. I might just finish it and then sell it.

But I haven't opened my copy of FFTA2 yet. I like tactic games, but I've never played a FFT game before. I don't want to be disappointed by another game, and want to make sure I will play it the whole way through. Is FFTA2 worth holding onto?

Well, if you played the first FFTA, then don't open it. It uses the same formula from the last one, but upgraded. That's all it is. If you haven't played the first, then you'd be really pleased with FFTA2

K, sweet. Thanks everybody. I was expecting a lot from FF4 for DS, but I probably shouldn't have after playing it for the third time. I'm just trying to take precautions before I open it. Thanks again.
