Poll If you could only pick one area to 'improve' on a portables design... which one? (10 votes)

More bumpers and buttons! 0%
More storage options! 10%
A diamond solid durabie design! 20%
Graphics and visuals! 30%
More RAM! 30%
Better audio! 0%
Better WiFi strength, support, and accessability! 0%
More backwards compatibilty! 10%

I'd pick more more storage options.... the New 3DS taught me a hard lesson on storage.... damn micro sd cards =/

diamond solid durability would be a close second :)

Ack! Sorry, that thought didn't occur. I'll have to bear that in mind for future posts and threads.

Better resolution. I didn't really mind the 240p until i jumped from OG 3DS to the New XL. It's really noticeable now. I know I'll get used to it, but it's currently my biggest complaint with the XL.

No option for the thing that matters most to me...an ergonomic design. The 3DS was so uncomfortable to hold that it was unplayable to me until I bought a good grip for it, and even still, the buttons and d-pad are too small to be comfortable.

Ergonomics. They need to find a way to keep the device small and fit nicely to a user's hands.

I'm okay with all of that. I guess graphics can continue to improve, as well as battery life. But overall, I'm pretty happy with how the 3DS currently is.

The ergonomics on every 3DS model are terrible, and there is no excuse for a 240p screen in 2015.

Basically, I want a Vita with the library of the 3DS.

More durable design please and better battery life. The other stuff will most likely be better.

I'll go for battery life too, having to charge before taking the system out is a pain.

Comfort. The 3DS lacks it quite a bit. Any game that requires heavy use of the shoulder buttons cramps my hands up pretty badly.

I picked graphics because honestly I don't really see anything that the system really "needs" to improve. So, might as well get better graphics as they are always an added bonus to good games. Well, now that I said that... if you had it on your list i'd pick more A games in non nintendo catagories. Personally I love my 3ds not for the Nintendo offerings but for things like Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, the Atlus games, Fantasy Life, Prof. Layton... more of that is what I want.
