Ive got your predicament but it looks like i'm going with Pilot Wings because I liked the flying game in Wii Sports Resort and it looks like it will show off the 3D the best.
Game with the most to do is definitely Rayman 3d. If you've never played one of the enormous amount of rayman 2 ports, it's one of the best platformers of all time. I picked up my copy today.
