I know of 2 but I'm not sure what type of shooting games ur reffering to FPS or something else, Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3d and Resident Evil Revelations are the ones I own and they are good!
Kid Icarus is pretty much a shooter. MGS 3DSm is another and so is Resident evil Revelations. I'm not sure if you can count Star Fox but may aswell throw it in there.
There aren't a whole lot of shooters on the 3DS, no. So if that's basically what you want to buy it for then maybe you shouldn't waste your time. Otherwise though there are plenty of great games for the 3DS.
Seriously dude take the plunge and get one i recently did and am loving it! There are'nt many shooters available at the moment however what there is, is of excellent quality such as Resident Evil Revelations. But you never know if you do get one you may just broaden your gaming horizon and experience great games such a Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D and just think of that sweet Metroid game thats sure to be headed the 3DS's way
I don't think you'll find a FPS games variety in 3DS. There are some shooters, like Starfox, RE Mercenaries, and several others, but certainly this is a different console. You'll be better if you look at what are the TOP games for this console, and see if that is something you're really interested. Regards!
It has an acecombat game called ace combat: assualt horiszons Legacy as well as the games mentioned by other posters.

Which is an excellent game, btw. Not a ton of shooters at the moment, but that will change, I imagine. Now that Black Ops: Declassified has been blasted in the media, maybe Activision will get n-Space(whose CoD titles always went up and up scorewise from one release to the next) back on the job with a new 3DS Call of Duty.
