It has to be a mistake firstly because there are two entries for the same site and secondly because I checked the GameInformer website and there is nothing there.destroyerHHH
No its right. I got there issue and those are the scores they gave it. Just to let you know they have 2 people review the game.
I knew Mario and Luigi Bowsers: Inside Story would be better.

it's a magazine company.
they let their customers get the mag before they post it.
Can anyone who has the Game Informer give a summary of the review? Just the major pros and cons of the game would be great.forgot_it
Pros: great sandbox game, great for screwing around, invites players to express creativity, near limitless appeal.
Cons: things you may think work in some situation dont meaning you mayhave to use a less creative solution, not all that fun.
These would probably be the best and worst things said about the game.

OF COURSE Mario & Luigi is better! It's got a avg. of 9.5 right now.The game is great but some puzzels are way to easy and most of them you can use simple objects. Also they should have a scroll down list because I cant be stuffed writing Jet Pack every level. Difuculty progression is also an issue. I had a level that was really hard then I very easy one.
Overall 8.5/10

Just as I suspected! Mmmhmm!Overall 8-9/10.

kingdom hearts got an 8 from GI
It didn't come out yet... But if you really ARE playing it, that's just another reason for me to buy it and sell it and just keep the hat. 8Dthis game is incredibly underwhelming. I got to the 5th world and i don't even want to play anymore. The controls are unbelievably frustrating.

I guess he's using a flashcard like me(NOTE: I'm using it to try the games then buy the actual game if I like it) ^_^ the r*m of the game was released sept. 11 including mario and luigi bowser's inside story. I stopped playing scribblenauts after the first world, It's not really as good as I expected it to be, I've been playing the new mario and luigi since then, it's definitely better than scribblenauts and I'm definitely buying it(mario and luigi) when it's released.
Oh. I see what you did there.
Yeah, I don't have a very high expectation of the game at all. Just the hat. I hope it fits me. It looked a little big on Robert pattinson and he has all of that hair. Hmm.

I wouldnt worry to much, only one of the guys said that.
I concur with everything everyone else who played it said - it's not that great. It gets old pretty quickly because while you can summon basically any object you can think of, you can typically only beat a level one way with the stuff they specifically intend for you use so you can't go doing whatever you want. Most of the time I just get bored with a puzzle and start summoning random things and just start messing around.
I disagree. How much fun you have depends on how creative you are. You notice that when attempting Advanced Mode. Try coming up with three or four solutions for the Tornado level, the game certainly DOES reward out-of-the-box-thinking.
However, everything else is a complete travesty. From the other thread:
The controls are a joke. The controls are a completely and utterly ridiculous, pre-alpha Big Rigs type of broken mess that will have you want to saw your arms off. They are really, REALLY bad. As in, "why not have another 10 or 20 attempts at this level because you're randomly dying and glitching around"-bad. The same goes for the physics. Worst sandbox-game physics I have ever seen. Completely wonky, frustrating and unpredictable. If it weren't for the awesome library and the occasional awesome situation/solution, this game should not have been released in the state it is.
It is practically broken.

Dam it! I knew I should have preordered Mario and Luigi 3 instead of Scribblenauts :|

What were you thinking?
Hat.
It's sending me ESP signals telling me to buy it right now too. :(
If they game really sucks, the hat should be made of anti-mind control fabric or I'll ask for my money back. ;P
