NO you need a gamecube controller and memory card to play the gamecube on the wii.  I would recommend paper mario: thousand yeat door, super mario sunshine, super smash bros. melee, resident evil 4, and both metroid prime games.

I never owned a GameCube either. I ordered a week ago Super Mario Sunshine, Zelda:WW and Metroid Prime. All arrived on friday. I havent touched the Zelda. The Mario is cool, you feel relaxed while playing it. If youre a fan of Mario i recomend it. As for Metroid Prime... This game is a must. Im on 15% at the moment, and i gotta say, its the best game i played in the last couple years. Its just so good i cant describe it. And when u get to the Ice world, with the matching music... God, i just love that game. U need to get it.
