Hey everyone, I have a question... after I'm done playing a Gamecube game, how should i remove the disk? should i just take it out when the game is still on, or should i turn the console off? because once i turned the console off when the gamecube game was in the wii and the wii turned on after i pressed the off button... it wouldve been helpful if the wii remote worked during gamecube games so that i could just go to the home menu... does anyone know anything about this and what to do in this situation?

What he said, but you could also just keep the game in.. Except you want to play a different game, then you turn it off, press the eject button and it turns on again, and put in a new disc.

Waste of time. You can just press the home button on the wii remote and go back to the wii menu. There's no need to turn off the console.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about that, because the Wii remote turns off when you start up Cube games.

Yeah when the Wii plays cube games it becomes a Gamecube. All Wii functionality stops, so pressing the home button won't do anything. The system must be turned off.

Incorrect

When you play Gamecube games the Wii "becomes" a Gamecube and the Wiimote doesn't work with the system.

So it's impossible to hit the home button to get back to the menu.
