Do you think Nintendo will make a Nintencats?

Since Nintendogs is the best selling DS game and the 2nd best selling game of all time not counting console pack-ins, do you think Nintendo will try and follow up the success with a Nintencats or Nintendo Cats since Nintencats sound wierd.

Why, so the cat in your game can ignore you more than real cats do? No thanks.

There are already a bunch of cat raising games on the DS, so no they probably won't.

Plus, Nintendogs blends in with Nintendo. Nintencats is just taking the word meshing too far.

watching cats sleep on a screen is not fun!

Nintendo should never and will never make Nintencats. Shigeru Miyiamoto madeNintendogs because of his extreme love for dogs NOT cats. But I sure hope Nintendo is working on a Nintendogs title for Wii. The controls would work perfectly: When you enter the frisbee competitions it can control like Wii Sports Resort frisbee,y ou can use the Wii remote pointer to pet your dogs and make them do tricks, and there's many many more. With a much larger gaming disc they couldmake much better graphics, more items, more dogs, more customization, and even online play. Let's hope Nintendogs comes toWii :D

A third party company has already released "Kitten Corner" for the DS, that being said It's highly unlikely Nintendo will try and make a game of it's type at this point.

While I love cats, they are more independent than dogs, so you would not be able to have much fun.

3. Miyamoto got the idea for Nintendogs when he got a new puppy. In fact, the Wii [insert noun here] titles were all inspired by Miyamoto's interests.

I hatehatehate it when people say that. The point of having Nintendogs is owning a puppy that never grows up with half the mess.

You can't breed puppies. And dog mating creeps me out. >_>

And it's not even hard to buy another dog in the game. And all of those crossbreeds need to have models. All of those possiblities (breeding crossbreeds prehaps?) would never wotrk and would seriously limit the amounts of breeds in the game considering Nintendo's will to put extra effort into making some DS games.

I LOVE Nintendogs. Was my first game that I got like 3 years ago and I still play it sometimes...I'm 15 lol...

I don't know about the tricks though. There were a lot of hidden tricks in the game already. I think they should just add more.

In all seriousness though, I don't think it would be as interesting. I love cats, but they aren't really as entertaining as dogs. (well atleast my cats isn't lol)
