In Japan, yes... sometime in June or July, I think.
I'm absolutely positive it's being released in America and I hope it is... it's one of my more anticipated games this year.

wow I just posted this about disaster for someone else...
so yea is on the go.. and it will be publish by Nintendo, so we can rest that it will hit NA and that is actually on the go. N even bough the company that is developing this game (I doubt that just bc this game, but oh well)
Disaster should be pretty sweet... but if Famitsu gives it good scores, I just might have to import it (play-asia.com says it comes out June 19th). The Wii Freeloader's only $20... and it not only lets you play games way before they come stateside but sweet region-exclusives too. Man, importing has opened up a whole new selection :D
I liked Disaster Report for PS2, so I'm gonna keep my eye on this one. But if you guys are thinking about importing stuff, check the link below.
I originally heard this game was getting a Japanese May release, but June seems more likely and better. That way it doesn't get overshadowed by Wii Fit, Mario Kart Wii, & WiiWare. However, MGS4 will be released a week previous, so a week delay (6/26-6/30) would be better. The game won't come stateside till maybe September earliest and the absolute latest early November. So, with all that in mind, Disaster: Day of Crisis will see the light of day, and the day shall shine very bright upon the face of this new IP.
I hope this game comes out, its not what I first though it would be like, but after games like project hammer being canceled i am just glad to see this game isn't
im a little doubtful with this game. The visuals play a big part in these kind of games and they arent really pushing the visuals. Unless they blow us away with some new screens Im kinda dissappointed. Also if the big feature in the game is CPR then thats another problem. I think its cool that they do that but some Japanese devs have a bad trend of focusing on stuff like that and then ignoring important features.
