Did anyone not play the first 2 primes and is buying prime 3

I am almost done with mp2 and I was just curious because mp2 was such a huge letdown for me the light and dark aeither are a pain in the ass

I didn't own Prime one or two and only played them at places here and there. The combination of neither one catching my eye and then Nintendo saying they weren't happy with Prime 2 made those games that were ok to miss for me.

I'm interested in Metroid for the Wii though. So far it's been called the best FPS on a console and Nintendo promised that this would be a much better game then 2 so I have faith.

I'll get it at launch probably, or for Thanksgiving or Christmas worst case.

I played through Prime 1 multiple times, and I got to the end of Prime 2, but didn't want to do the fetch-quest required to get to the last boss area, so I never beat it.

I got halfway through the first one and got bored with the backtracking. But I'm getting MP3 for the controls

The wii is my first Nintendo system besides an old GBA SP, so I've never played Prime or the other one, but I am getting MP3.

well I'm trying to beat mp2 right now I'm pretty far but I still have a ways to go its just so hard to know where to go I've had to use the guide a few times I'm almost to the spider ballzachdragon

I played the original Prime, beat it, its my 2nd fav game all-time, and one of the few games I've given a perfect score. The second one I got to Emperor Ing but I have never been able to beat him.

I never played the first two but not from lack of wanting too, because I did. It's just last gen there was absolutely ZERO support for the Gamecube at my local retailers which made it a hassle to get anything GC related - but they are supporting the Wii, so I can only aussume they'll get the third in and I'll be able to play it.

Though if I see the first two second hand anywhere I'll definately be picking them up.

Same here, man. I'm finishing up MP2 as well. It's not nearly as fun as the first game. I'll make sure to have it done whenI buy the third game, though.
