Diamond and Pearl: National Dex

Hey, me again.

I have seen 148 of the regions pokemon. It says I am missing 65 (Alakazam) and Eevee. I realize Eevee is a post dex thing, but I saw alakazam in Elite four! Whats going on? Thanks!

Then just trade someone for a kadabra so when you get it, it evovles
