Why the heck are you hyping this game now?It's not safe to hype this game on the wii boards because you know people will get angry at you if you hype this. If you are going to hype it only keep it at less than 5% hype.I'm interested in this game, but I'm scared about hyping this game because it may attract the haters,cautioners or educators(as Jasonguy calls them)

I hyped Monster Hunter Tri and Black Ops Wii on these boards and got a lot of negative reactions. But it turns out a number of people around here enjoyed those games after they tried them. I'm sure the same will happen with Conduit 2.

Haven't I heard that the campaign is going to be 12 hours long or something like that?I just don't want the hate talking spreading to this thread because I don't want to see people postpictures of all those horrible licensed games made by the company and saying that Conduit 2 doesn't have a great chance to succeed because of those games and making up stuff that may not be true about the game in the end.

It keeps fluctuating as info comes out--notreally sure. Even in one of the videos I posted, the developer says 12 hours. I think its maybe 12 hours or more if you want to complete every aspect of single player. Probably 6-8 if you just blow through the story. 12 hours is long for a FPS campaign--so I wouldn't mind that if it is.

Woo hype thread! Prediction 7-8 from GS. Probably a 9 from IGN because they seem to be loving it.

It looks like the Conduit 2 has improved over the first. At the very least, the level design has. I think it will get somewhere between 6.0 and 7.5.

Nice find! I saw that video a couple months back. Forgot about it. But it looks good to me. Compare this DC street level to the DC stree level of the first game. You'll notice wider open space and a stacked level, going over hills of debris from damage buildings. Look at how the level seems to go up and down from one area to the next. Its not as much of a corridor shooter as the first.

It looks like the Conduit 2 has improved over the first. At the very least, the level design has. I think it will get somewhere between 6.0 and 7.5.

Well by the default GameInformer will give this Wii FPS title a 6.5 like they did Black Ops and Goldeneye....lol GS: 8.5, IGN: 9.0, Gametrailers: 87%

The overall review scores should be within mid 80s. Whichwould be asignificant improvement over the first game's review scores.

For some reason I think if the game ends up being good Tom or whoever reviews itwill score it an 8.0 and not a 8.5.

Also, how's a 69 a bad average score? Deadly Premonition's Metacritic score is 68 and it was my 2010 GOTY.

It will fit to scale when you play in on your own screen. The original looked ten times better than the screens you're showing, and that was on my 42 inch plasma. I'm more than certain the sequel will look better than those screens on my plasma as well.

Sweet hype thread! I cannot wait for this game! Especially if you listen to the new episode of IGN's gamescoop where they talk to the devs. Man....could be the best shooter of the year for me :)

man that dev walkthrough of the first level was SWEET! Seriously I'm pooping myself with aniticipation for this title. I don;t know why but I really enjoyed the first one and am mega excited for the superior looking sequel.

I ran out of slot options. So I took it as a sign that Conduit 2 will score better than the original (aside from all the new stuff being added to it)
