It seems Capcom is joining Factor 5 and becoming believers in the Wii's true graphic potential. Hopefully this will be enough to convince other companies to followthem and stop making so many useless party games for Wii.

I hope they can shove it to other devs faces. When I saw SMg a while a ago, I indeed said "WOW" :P I everytime I see move gameplay I look over at my little white box and think that its actually capable of doing that.

They just need to prove that they can make a Wii game that looks every bit as good or better than what Nintendo can make. They did that on Gamecube with RE4, so you know they can do the same on the Wii.

I was blown away by Prime 3's visuals. And this is after playing through Bioshock.

Its all about the art style. You could have the most technologically advanced game engine ever, but if you dont have the assets to back it up, it just looks like billions of polygons.

I have confidence in Capcom to make use of the Wii's graphical potential. Just look at Resident Evil 4.

Yeah Galaxy shows what the Wii is really capable of, I sure games like Disaster will as well, so devs need to take thier time and instead of just shoe horning in motion controls, work on other aspects of the game that need attention, such as the looks.

That trailer really surprised me, those graphics look really well and I'm sure they are running on Wii hardware. People seem to forget that the gamecube had some really good looking games and since the Wii is at least twice that power, it should be a no brainer that games should look this good. It's weird that so many lazy developers are making Wii games that look worse than PS2 games. Or even PS1 games in some cases. They are giving the Wii a bad reputation in the graphics department, Hopefully Nintendo games as well as some good looking 3rd party games will convince other developers that the Wii can have good looking graphics.
