Capcom Considering Nintendo NX Support

I would love for them to support the NX. They barely supported the Wii U. What are your thoughts?

Capcom is one company that I’m sure Nintendo fans would be pleased to have onboard for the forthcoming Nintendo NX platform. Speaking to investors recently the Japanese firm said that they are considering developing for new platforms such as the NX and the PlayStation VR but they have nothing to currently announce.

Capcom is one of the few 3rd parties that doesn't need to announce they are supporting Nintendo. Series like Monster Hunter and others have found success on Nintendo platforms and I'd assume they'd like to continue that relationship going forward.

I'm down for it. Street Fighter 5 on NX would be great however the tournament players will be on PS4 still so I'll have to most likely get both PS4 and NX versions.

This ^ or Tatsunoko VS Capcom 2...c'mon!!!! Also throw in Resident Evil 2 HD Remake...or next Resident Evil game whatever it is. :P

I would like to see Capcom make a new Dino Crisis and a new on-rails Resident Evil shooter for NX.

Sounds good to me. If Nintendo provides the specs 3rd parties want and market it well enough for it to sell mid gen, I don't see why Capcom wouldn't support it. The former should be simple enough, it's the latter that will be very difficult.

It would certainly be nice to have the Resident Evil 2 remake come to the NX.

I bet you if Nintendo does the hybrid thing, there will be as much capcom support for the nx as the wii u... Also I highly doubt that SF5 will be on NX, sony seems to have it locked down

Agreed, the Monster Hunter series would definitely make an appearance on some kind of hybrid system.

I want something new and innovative from Capcom, but those days are over.

On one half, I'm for it. On the other, they can screw off.

I am all for it if its a hybrid system. This means that consoles will be able to get Monster Hunter.

I am most interested in a Street Fighter game. Capcom vs Tatsunoko game again.

I'd also like for that series to be on the NX.
