DSi Ware games are games that are available only through a shop (similar to the Wii shop channel) within the Nintendo DSi or the Nintendo DSi XL. I don't know if it's worth getting, but from what I've heard, the game is currently only available within Japan and North America. I'm also not sure how the region lock on the DS is, so I don't really have any advice in regards to that.
